A: It is not a requirement for our custom trips, but is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED as Drink That Eat This Travels by Kisha is not liable and will not reimburse for missed tours or canceled tours through outside tour operators. We are also not responsible for missed or interrupted flights. The only way DTET Travel by Kisha will reimburse for a trip is if we cancel the trip. However, trip insurance IS REQUIRED on all retreats. We use Chub Travel Insurance and Alianz but you are free to purchase insurance through any provider of your choosing.

A: Prior to traveling abroad take a picture of your passport. Keep one with you and leave the other picture with a trusted friend or family member. That way, if your passport is lost, your friend or family member can send it to you using their phone. The next step is to go to the nearest U.S embassy or consulate.

A: Create an account and enroll in STEP (Smart Traveler Enrollment Program). This is a free program for U.S. citizens / nationals traveling abroad to enroll their itinerary with the local U.S. embassy or consulate.
